The 3-axis router market is saturated; we don't compete there. Trajekta targets the machines nobody stocks a controller for — tube benders, ring rollers, multi-head gantries, custom kinematic chains.

6+ axes, natively

Coordinated multi-axis interpolation is the core of the control, not an add-on license. Six, eight, twelve axes — kinematic transforms included, all on one EtherCAT cycle.

HMI generated for your machine

Screens, jog clusters, and cycle pages are generated from your machine's model. Operators see their machine — not a generic mill layout with half the buttons dead.

Measurement built in

In-house machine-vision metrology closes the loop on the machine itself — camera-only or laser-assisted, for part location, in-process gauging, and final inspection.

No vendor lock

Any EtherCAT drive, any EtherCAT I/O. Mix manufacturers, second-source components, and keep the machine serviceable for decades — the control doesn't care whose logo is on the servo.

Distributed by design

Devices sit where the machine needs them, daisy-chained on one bus cable. That's the beauty of the bus: less wiring, cleaner cabinets, faster commissioning, easier fault-finding.

Drives, I/O, and measurement devices are distributed along a single EtherCAT segment, closed at the controller. No point-to-point wiring looms, no proprietary racks — every node is addressable, diagnosable, and replaceable from the HMI.
